As first-time home buyers, and being new to the area, my wife and I had Rob referred to us by our banker; and couldn't have been luckier. From the beginning, Rob's knowledge of the housing market was apparent and strong. He asked all the right questions, quickly learning what items were important to us in our search; this included showing us homes in and out of our comfort zone to really show us the options we had available to us within our budget. Eventually, we settled on building a home with a builder that Rob found us, that met all of our needs/wants and right within our budget. Since committing to build, Rob has not quit working hard for us; he consistently stay on top of the builder looking for updates, and ensuring that they remain on schedule. We honestly could not have found a hardworking real estate expert with a more caring and compassionate attitude towards his clients; he truly takes care of you like family. I would not hesitate for one minute to refer any of my friends/family/acquaintances to Rob, whether they are buying or selling! Anyone would be lucky to have Rob in their corner working hard to get them the best deal possible.
